The so-called cleaner production refers to the continuous improvement plan, the use of clean energy and raw materials, the use of advanced process technologies and equipment, improved management, and comprehensive use of raw materials and other measures to reduce pollution from the source, improve resource use efficiency, and reduce or avoid production. The generation and release of pollutants in the use of services, products, and products to reduce or eliminate harm to human health and the environment. Cleaner production is not a simple cleaning task. It is of great significance for humans to control pollution, increase the recycling of resources, and protect people's health.

Since April 2010, Tianhe has vigorously promoted clean production to ensure “energy saving, consumption reduction, pollution reduction, and efficiency improvement”.
